2 cups flaked, cooked fish

1 ½ cups bread crumbs

½ teaspoon baking powder

2/3 cup chopped celery

1/3 cup chopped onion

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon minced pimento

1 tablespoon chopped green pepper

Salt and pepper


Mix ingredients and form loaf in an oiled loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) until brown and firm. Serve with desired cream sauce. This is a recipe guaranteed to make your family fish eaters!
