Dulcinea Hawkworth is a freelance writer and independent public relations specialist with an insatiable passion for art, music and social justice.  She has a degree in Business/Communications from NIU and has worked in corporate advertising and marketing, which evolved into community outreach and public relations for non-profits and local artists in Will County, Illinois, and surrounding areas.
